Don't know the context but the guy obviously disobeyed instructions, walked ALL the way around the car & reached in. Who knows what was on the driver's side? Could it have been his copy of Moby dick? Sure. Could it have been a gun? Sure. You don't walk away from a cop, especially if they're yelling to stop while their guns are already drawn.

You are assuming every cop is an athlete. You can’t ask cops to tackle that guy, with neighbors all around, and fight with him on the ground. It’s quite possible that even two cops could not have controlled that big dude. And REMEMBER...they can’t use choke holds anymore!
