DACA Compromise

the US annually gives out 50,000 "LOTTERY" visas per year, and there are 800,000 "dreamers"
for the next 16 years, the 50,000 lottery visas go to the dreamers, then the lottery program is ended.
unless you are the lucky ones to win a visa in the first few years, you are penalized, at the same time you are not deported unless you are convicted of a crime.
or you can leave and apply or a visa through normal means....
