Never was a CB fan, but my son is
We were at Tanger on Saturday and he wanted to go there for lunch.
I told him no, that in fact, we won't ever be going there again.
He's 7, so when he asked why, I said it was because they failed health inspection/rats and roaches
He said ok dad, let's go somewhere else

Leave the sign alone.. fix the food.. fix the service.. and profit.
And that’s the friken problem. That HAS changed. For the worse. And it’s being largely ignored.
If you wanna serve substandard stuff served by people who couldnt possibly care less… you need the McDonald’s model. Cheap and fast.
