Everyday we are amused at this exaggerated concern with what’s going on at Cracker Barrel. It’s just another roadside pit stop that is a poor relation

Why do that? And why double down and get angry when someone points it out? It’s a weird thread to begin with because there isn’t much information that’s new here when compared to a few months ago. Biglari has started a new proxy contest, but again, they’ve been doing this for over 10 years. By the way, as of 1 month ago, Biglari owns approximately 2.9% of Cracker Barrel stock. That’s from their own filing they made with the SEC, so if Harry or anyone else has a problem with that number, they can take it up with Biglari.
