On Thursday, a panel of federal judges on the Court of International Trade voted that President Trump’s 10% tariffs on most US imports are illegal.
In a 2-1 vote, the court sided with a group of small businesses that argued that the law sidestepped the Supreme Court’s January ruling that struck down Trump’s blanket tariffs imposed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. Following that SCOTUS decision, the White House announced the Section 122 tariffs, which were set to last for 150 days.
Today’s ruling marks another legal setback for the Trump administration’s signature trade policy. It also raises the question of whether the US government will be required to refund the additional set of tariffs.
The administration is likely to appeal the decision.

Basic civics truths, something that's in a book, so you have no idea it exists.

MAGA is as collectively ignorant as Democrats.

Had you ever read a book on civics, this question would not be necessary.

Was a requirement to pass to go on to high school where I’m from. Sure we have federal judges and they can, but not when it’s obstruction. You know that

You obviously skipped based on your replies in this thread.
What are the purpose of checks and balances? Simple question.

And when this panel gets shut down by the Supreme Court who essentially green lit these tarriffs in their ruling a couple months ago will you self ban ?

Who has the authority to leverage tariffs?

I actually pity the democrat. Theyre just not intelligent enough to see they are being manipulated. Sad really

Roger doesn't like socialism. Let me guess, China is ripping us off? If that's your position, tell me what should be the appropriate wage for that manufactured good you want back here. And let me guess, you hate unions. So, what is the sweet spot? $20 an hour in Tennessee for a non-union job, but not $30 an hour in Michigan for a union job? Where do you draw the line for when a laborer is a "slave"? Why not let China just produce cheap toasters so we can get them for $10 at Target or Walmart here?

Why does other countries tariff us if it’s bad? None of you can ever answer this.

Straight question (you will not know)
Why did the courts continually strike down Bidens student loan fortgiveness?
Think long and hard, reach back to the 9th grade and see if you can figure it out.
