Also this video is some dude on the War Room giving opinion. He may be right, but there is no ruling. The court hasn't even had an evidentiary hearing yet, per this guy's rambling. So this title...

It says the court WILL rule, and cites the source of the opinions/reporting. Nothing about the court "siding" with anyone yet.
