I could see a situation where this would be right.

I mean think of it this way. You were married for 15 years, and for 12 of them you were married with a child...or children. You divorce your wife and then after the divorce you find out that the child you loved and supported is not your biological child......do you then just walk away from the kid and the responsibility that prior to this news you had no trouble living up to. Especially if the kid needs it.

Doesn't matter what I would do. What matters is what should be. Our laws should not be encouraging women to dupe men into raising other people's children.

The biggest injustice of our time is the way family courts are stacked against men and it’s rarely talked about. We are just supposed to just be quiet and “move to the back of the bus and do as we are told”

Don’t sign the birth certificate unless you damn sure

Do you have kids? Did you have a DNA test done as soon as they were born before signing?

You sound really dumb.

Without a doubt, but most men know if their wives had been unfaithful, they may not admit it, but they know, they don't mind being cucked if they can help it.

I once had a parolee on my caseload who was a black guy who hooked up with a white stripper. He was in love and she got pregnant. He stuck with her through birth even though she was bat-shite crazy. She had the baby and of course, it was a beautiful little blonde headed white girl. I saw the baby a few days after birth with the parolee and I couldn’t help myself to not laugh. He took it well and said, “ I know. She took me for a free ride”. He was smart enough not to sign the birth certificate and he left her a week or so later. It was hilarious.

Tell us the situation

What if he raised the kid for like 7 years thinking it was his. At that point, how is he not that kids dad? Does an adoptive father not have to pay child support after a divorce?

Btw you asked for a situation and I gave one that came to mind. Doesn't necessarily pertain to this case
