Someone needs to get into a crash as a result of these non-code safety markings or lack there of and sue the frick out these cities. Surely there is a standard for roadway markings and a previous precedent for cities to maintain.

The City/original painters violated the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices and placed the public in danger by creating pavement marking confusion.
