As to paper ballots...doubt the lefties will sign on to anything that will secure elections. Its funny how asking we move back to logical ways of doing things is a bad thing. Heck even making election software auditable is a bad thing to the left. No State should sign any deal with a software company that doesn't give them full access to their code for auditing purposes. Every election should require auditing completed before the elected is put into office.
Common sense election laws is not what the Democrats want at all.
