Could this be the catalyst that saves Jackson, Mississippi?

The city is out of control. Its lawless. If criminals (including murderers) are arrested, they are released by activist judges. Jackson broke a record by for homicides by a significant margin in 2020. In 2021, they are on pace to shatter that again.
Last night, after her high school graduation, 18 year old Kennedy Hobbs was shot and killed.
The black community has called for a rally in front of police headquarters tonight. Black leaders say this is enough.

They always say that. What they don't say, however, is what "this" is, they don't try to show what's causing "this" nor how they are going to fix "this".
