When my wife went to Costco last weekend, they had a maze of pallets stacked up to walk through so when you got inside, they handed you a scrubbed down cart.

BR had toilet paper and paper towels a week ago when I went.

Wife just got back from the grocery store. No tp, pt, no bagged rice, no dry beans and no flour. Produce bins were low. No cans of Planter's cashews either. Now that pissed me off.

This is in a town of about 4,500.

Effective Friday, April 3, Costco will allow no more than two people to enter the warehouse with each membership card.

This should be the permanent policy.

Find the closest janitorial supply company and give them a call. You will probably find they have plenty of TP because of the schools and colleges shutting down.

Only catch is you have to buy in case lots generally. TP is usually about 36 rolls per case.

In your day? Costco hasn’t been around for a century or anything

And in my day, it was the local Piggly Wiggly
And Rexall Drugs only.

I think it makes sense because some dumb arse walked right into me at the grocery store the other day. Even though I think all of the shut down is bullshite I'd still prefer not to get sick. So if we are having these lockdowns then we need to limited numbers in the store because I promise you everyone from my county is at the damn store.

Have not seen TP at our local grocer in a month. Asked one of the managers about it. He says it's not a regular delivery item (so no way to lay in wait), and when it does come in its 3 to 5 cases only. So....karen can come sweep them all into her Honda odyssey and then list them on marketplace.
