What’s the big deal, here?

The investigation is over and we know the findings.

Selectively leak Grand Jury transcripts. That's all this is about and the Judge knows it.

They won't be able to selectively leak. They'll release everything. And it won't turn out well for the Dems. Mark me. Everything they fricking do ends in failure.

The whole goddamn lot of them are incompetent.

We have the transcript of the Call to Ukraine, but look at the amount of bullshite material the MSM and Dems were able to get out of it.

Dems would be able to fabricate so many more strawman arguments for their lapdog media if the grand jury info was available to read through.

That is not how grand juries work.

Then you better damn well let people bring lawyers.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has ruled in McKeever v. Barr, a case concerning whether federal courts have the inherent authority to release grand jury information protected under Rule 6(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure. A divided panel found that courts do not have this inherent power, with Judge Sri Srinivasan dissenting.

a-hole judge keeps insisting this was because the HJC was conducting an impeachment inquiry and that the Mueller grand jury material is needed to help the inquiry.

Except it’s not a real inquiry, AND the Mueller grand jury material has nothing to do with the pretense of the alleged inquiry... quid pro quo/extortion of Ukraine.

So she’s obviously full of shite and this is a politically biased decision.

DOJ will appeal and tell the judge and Dems to go frick themselves again.

Seems like you are in panic mode by calling the judge corrupt. But I guess you want to hide everything behind closed doors...

Once all of this is over, I hope FISA court judges are charged with treason. Some of them had to have been in on this.

You do understand that grand jury testimony is kept secret to prevent innocent people from being subjected to scrutiny when they weren't charged with a crime.

No one complained that the grand jury was behind closed doors. We are just getting the transcripts now. With the impeachment you will have the transcripts in a week and relevant testimony will be repeated in public a week or two after.

So NO, the House Democrats will give up the transcripts to bipartisan interviews without a court battle.

CNN wanted this so they could find something anything to get Trump on. The only thing it will show is what we are watching with Flynn. The dem lawyers political hit jobs and Weissmann corruption said Russia agents when they were FBI assets to entrap Trump.
