We have been paying reparations for 50 years in the form of welfare, food stamps, Section 8 housing, set asides, preferential treatment, Affirmative Action, and prison construction.

How about we just buy them their own country to go live in and do as they wish. I'm sure we could buy Zaire or Ethiopia for less than we spent on the Louisiana purchase. Hell I'll toss in $30 now, that should be enough for 1000 acres.
