This all starts with conservatives not standing up at the first sight of DEI and cultural marxism.
The very first moment somebody complains to a politician or executive that their leadership is not diverse enough, YOU SHUT IT DOWN. Immediately just say "We do not use race as a criteria" and leave it at that.
