I currently sit on the board of a company I used to run. Privately owned mostly by private equity groups. The CEO who came on after I retired at first wanted to require all employees get vaccinated or they lose their job. I proposed strongly that that not happen and had about half the board on my side. So we suggested doing a confidential survey. The survey came back that just under 50% said they planned to take the vaccine. So we shot down his proposal very quickly. In the meantime he has not visited one of the 50 stores since covid hit. How embarrassing and crappy of him. I proposed firing him but that fell thru because otherwise he is doing a decent job
But I bring this up because he does weekly conference calls with his mulit unit team to check progress. They hit 50% about 2 months ago. And now they are at 52%. He is so so mad his face turns red at meetings. He is such a leftist puss. I have laughed out loud a few times literally and he got irate. I am the only one on the board not vaccinated by the way which is crazy. Everyone else is a Trump voter but took the vaccine . They are all puss's

How do they know this?

We work from home but there is talk about going back into the offices in September. You have to have a mask if not vaccinated. I think this is a way for them to pinpoint who has not been vaccinated and start to put the pressure on those people. Pressure will come from above and from peers.

My employer just made a list of everyone’s vaccination status. Next time, H.R. gets involved.

We had a survey a couple weeks ago. That number is coming straight from that. There is a rumor that there will be required masks and weekly testing in the fall unless we show proof of vaccination.

Ours requires you to wear one in 'common areas'. Well, most of the office is in those low wall cubicles. So..... Does that mean you have to wear one all the time? This is so fricked up considering I don't have to wear one to go inside any other business in Alabama.

COVID vaccine mandate response

quote:

Dear _____________,
I am greatly concerned about your plans for vaccination policy. It is my understanding that you are planning
to update the Immunization Requirements for Students to include the COVID-19 vaccine.
Before you implement such a plan, I’d like you to consider that even though many university vaccination
requirements for licensed and approved vaccines have been upheld in court, no court has ever upheld a
mandate for an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) vaccine, which all COVID vaccines are at present. In
fact, a federal court has held that EUA vaccines cannot be mandated to soldiers in the U.S. military, who enjoy
far fewer rights than civilians, Doe #1 v. Rumsfeld, 297 F.Supp.2d 119 (2003). That court remarkably held
"....the United States cannot demand that members of the armed forces also serve as guinea pigs for
experimental drugs." Id. at 135.
Federal law 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) requires that the person to whom an EUA vaccine is
administered be advised, “of the option to acceptor refuse administration of the product, of the
consequences, if any, of refusing administration ofthe product, and of the alternatives to the productthat are
available and of their benefits and risks.” The reasonfor the right of refusal stems from the fact thatEUA
products are by definition experimental. Under the Nuremberg Code, no one may be coerced to participate in
a medical experiment. Consent of the individual is “absolutely essential.” The liability for forced participation
in a medical experiment, not to mention injury from such coerced medical intervention, may be incalculable.
The consequences described in the statute mean medical consequences, not termination of employment or
denial of in-person learning, as Rutgers contemplates.
Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. have recently filed civil complaints on behalf of
citizens regarding EUA products. They have also filed an FDA petition to revoke EUA COVID vaccines and
refrain from approving and licensing them. The FDA petition was imperative as our government health
agencies continue to ignore the astonishing numbers of deaths and injuries being reported to the U.S.Health
and Human Services (HHS) Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). Updated each Friday, the
May 21 data release reports 227,805 adverse events and 4201 deaths following vaccination with COVID-19
vaccines from mid-December, 2020 through May 14, 2021. Alarmingly, a 2010 HHS study found that less
than 1% of adverse events are ever reported to VAERS.Despite this, government agencies at local, state and
national levels continue to promote uptake of these vaccines.
The research is growing every day that COVID-19 vaccines are not necessary and can be very harmful,
especially to young people. It is my sincere hope that you will reconsider your decision in light of the above
facts.
Sincerely,
_______________

I work in a factory that has made the vaccine mandatory. We lost a lot of good people, and are struggling to get new hires.

I put in a religious exemption request at the beginning of April and they ignored it. I got a lawyer involved and had that fixed right away. I have to wear a mask all day though.

Only 1 other person and myself are not vaccinated. People are very mad about it. I even had someone tell me to my face,"The other people deserved to stay more than you."

We will see what happens when our annual evaluation and raises come around. We will see how many cents I get.

Why is that shameful? If the person who sent that note is vaccinated, why are they concerned about what other people do?

If my company used internal survey results to nag me, I’d stop participating in internal surveys and mark the nagmail address as junk.

I would find the most obnoxious, childish way to wear a mask. I'm talking attached to a headband face shield with a DIY craft warning to stay 6 feet away. I'll find the tackiest mask too and make sure it reads "UNVAXED". I'll be sure to share my discomfort with everyoneeeee.

My neighbor works for King and Spalding...the lovely firm that produced Wray and Sally Yates. Neighbor told me that when back in the office full time very soon, that all those who don't get vaxxed, have to wear a mask.

This is an example of getting around the constitution. They get big business to do their bidding like big tech censoring and your employer messing with your medical rights...banks will soon be getting in on the pressuring as well. Marxism is here and it's here to stay unfortunately because no one is standing up to this in our govt.

Not only do the unvaxed have to wear a mask we must wear an approved mask. Of course if you have a natural immunity from already having the Covid Cold, as I myself do, than you most deffinatly need to still get the vax according to our leadership.

Is your employer taking on the health liability of potential unknown side effects of an experimental injection? Otherwise, I'd tell them to F right the F off.

My employer has been pushing it too. If they guarantee to pay all my medical bills, and 100% of my salary if i have complications from the vaccine, and 10 million to my family if i were to die from it, then i would take it.

That's why "Its not a mandate."

The language and the attitude of employers, and the mask being a scarlet letter, is downright scary to me.

One of my direct reports has had the virus, and he is fully vaxed (because he has an immune deficiency) - when he reported contact with someone that had the virus they sent him home for 5 days without pay anyway. He's not exempt from the mask policy either.
There is no benefit from an employment standpoint to get the fake vaccines.

Remember - vaccination does not prevent you from getting the virus or spreading it, it only keeps about 65% of the people from having symptoms.

We got a survey too, but it looks like a majority refused to participate.

We get weekly reminders about the mask policy, but only one of 100 people wear the mask at all.
People are walking in front of the security cams daily with no mask, even supervisors.
The left is losing the propaganda war.

It's another scam. How much is the tax payer paying for each "free" shot?
Sleepy Joe getting 10% under the table?
