Nah. That’s free speech. I’m not really sure what it takes to get hit with a treason charge but there have been very few cases in the history of the US. John Lindh is a free man, was never hit with a treason charge and he was pulled out of a Taliban cave not long after 9/11.

At the very least they should drag him through the court system for every possible violation possible. Something alone lines of aiding and abetting. If he is receiving payment of any sort use that as a club
