Many people are tired of giving financial and military aid to foreign countries in general, especially given the current state of our country. I imagine if we pulled aid from Israel, they would go on the war path, via media and espionage to accomplish a means to their end.
Ironically, this is the first and foremost reason Israel wants to be our friend. Which isn’t unique to Israel, I’m sure.

I didn’t understand it either until I understood their ties to communism, and how these Marxists subvert countries all over the world. They leave that out of HS history books. It’s not just conservatives with these criticisms. They exist all over the world. Do you like what our news and Hollywood are putting out? Do you like the border situation? Follow the ties and funding for all of this. It’s not your everyday Jewish person usually, but there are really bad people in every ideological group

Of course..you wouldn't want a rich friend? I get the spending problem that the usa has, but the main reason our countries are tied at the hip are due to faith. We were founded upon biblical principles and israel is where it all took place, plus our messiah is King of the Jews. I believe most on here against the state of israel and call themselves conservatives are either agnostic, athiest, or come from churches that teach replacement theology.

The American Jews are a different animal. They are marxists for sure except for the Hasidic community. They were big time for Trump in 2016 and 2020. The american jew is mostly what they call reform jusiaism and it is not really Judaism at all in my view, at least not in the biblical torah based sense.

I don’t blame Israel for wanting to be friends, we just should be more careful with how friendly we are. It’s a contributing factor to the larger issues the country is having.
I’m sure there’s a religious aspect here that causes some strain for people. I guess I think you can be conservative as an operational model without necessarily being religious.

Do you know what the Talmud has to say about Christ and Mary? Give it a gander and see if you think we are tied at the hip just because Christ was a Hebrew.

Been on for a long time. Usually don’t have anything against it, was thinking last night when I saw it that maybe they should have taken this weekend off. Nothing makes me want to give to a charity more than them being the ones who killed my lord and savior.

I'm fully aware what their extra biblical writings say, I am a Messianic believer in Jesus. They don't know their messiah, but the bible ^^(see above) told us that was going to happen. That doesn't change my love for those people.
