All this while at the very same time, the video was in hand and made public of Biden bragging about having extorted the Ukrainian government into firing the prosecutor who was looking into Hunter’s company, Burisma, for illegal activity?

No, this documentation apparently outlines how JOE Biden was taking bribes, not Hunter. This specific charge is something which, at least as far as I can tell, hasn't been investigated at all (which would then be one aspect of why Comer is looking into it).
