I have family that lives in his district and love him. Sadly there are a lot of low info Republican voters out there that are unable to see the forest for the trees.

You know, there is a such thing as differences of opinions. It’s allowed and actually encouraged in civilized discourse.
What he said isn’t necessarily incorrect or wrong regarding several of those names and the quote about politics organizations placating to the emotions of a donor base is accurate as well. Its how they bring in donations.
Just look at the NRA “Obama will take your guns” campaign and how much they brought in and nothing ever happened.
