Is she in a court room? She admits to being in an encampment they were told to disperse and now the consequences of not following the order.

NOW the left gets worried there may be an overreach in response to a protest. 
it’s against the rules to merely set up an encampment on the university grounds. Much less set up an encampment that encourages antisemitism, blocks people from free movement of the campus, and vandalized and litters the campus. They got off EASY with suspension. They could be in jail.
But by all means, continue with your whine fest.

Would assume Columbia didn't just pick her name / photo out of a hat. Out of all the campus protests, those protestors at Columbia took over a campus building & physically pushed LEO's down the hall.
