Colorado Saves Democracy By Not Allowing People To Vote For Preferred Candidate

"Trump is a terrifying orange man and if he's elected he will likely grow to over 50 feet and rampage through the country killing people with his laser eyes. Our democracy is too precious for us to allow that to happen."
After Justice Hart's statement, the three other justices who voted with her stood and clapped in approval.
Democracy experts also applauded this democracy-subverting move to make sure democracy wasn't subverted. "Just think. If 4 people in robes hadn't taken away the voting rights of millions, we would have lost our democracy!" said journalist and democracy expert Linda Florgbott. "Thank God we saved it just in time."
At publishing time, Trump had gained another 12% in Colorado polls.

No one is paying attention to the little part of their ruling that states they stayed their ruling, and if appealed before Jan 4, 2024, he'll remain on the ballot. He doesn't have to win that appeal, he just has to run the clock out to the point that they have to put him on the ballot before their deadline..
Great headline material, but no real substance.

i assume you are referring to the headline of "TRUMP TO BE REMOVED FROM BALLOT" and not the babylon bee headline. and if so, the fact that they did it just for great headline material is somehow almost worse - like they dont even really believe the legal bullshite they are trying to push, but they at least can help the MSM propaganda machine along.

That's because it's not the real story. The real story is that the Colorado Supreme Court has "crossed the rubicon" and has given a path to accomplish the removal of Trump (whether it stands or not) in this election. California politicians have already begun this consideration. Other states will likely follow.

We are not in a democracy. In a democracy they can do that but in a Constitutional Republic which we are, they cannot.

I have a feeling a few judges from Colorado are gonna hang ,for some form of treason,overiding the peoples choice of candidate,who has not been charged or convicted of insurrection.not looking good.update; one has already been arrested,the others on the run.her name is Monica Marques,ultra lib lez.
