In this case, he has gone so far as to tell his supporters NOT to send him any more money. Seems pretty conclusive that he will not be actively challenging the elections results.
None of that changes the fact that state law requires a recount in a close race like this one.

Honestly, this is proof that the whole "democrats stole the lection" is sore loser bullcrap. Boebert is easily the second most hated woman in Congress by the dems (after MTG). If they could, they wouldn't allow her to win by 500 votes. Her opponent conceding makes people like Lake (and republicans overall) look like idiots.

What if Frisch already knows ahead of time that enough votes will be found in the "recount" to establish him as the winner? The Democrats have planned ahead for most all contingencies and scenarios. Perhaps Frisch is just smugly confident?
