You'd have to be a fricking moron to not know the state of Biden's mental and physical health after seeing him walking aimlessly around the many podiums he's been on when out of the country visiting the world's dignitaries.
There's been more than a few events where he's got that 1000 yard stare, mouth open, mumbling incoherently into the mics for all to hear how he totally loses his train of thought mid-sentence...............
