They have him on tape describing what the document is

the best I have of that 'descreption' is that it was something prepared by Milley to try and have him removed from office and supposedly had something to do with an "invasion of Iran"

- now - my hearing is bad but that is why I asked the other question in the other thread

WHAT is the WORST interpretation of what that 'document' contained??

Nobody has come up with anything at all as to the CONTENTs of that 'document'

IF it had 'nuclear codes' - that might be significant

IF it had 'Milley's plans to have me impeached' - that would be seditious on Milleys part, but would also be very SENSITIVE.

IF it was the menu for breakfast with NK leader that would be ho-hum - so what

IF it was information PROVING that Obama, Biden, Clinton, et al were actually TRAITORs, that would be VERY EXTENSIVELY SENSITIVE information for the DEMOCRATs === and THAT is what their reaction seems to indicate to me.

Trump had som "trump cards" that he was supposed to not have to use in a 'break the glass' life saving moment when they came for him in the 'end of days'

I just dunno

I have ZERO confidence that it has ANYTHING to do with anything normal Americans care about.

There was countless people who submitted sworn testimony that they witnessed election fraud. Can Trump be president now?

Lucky for you there is a text version of the audio recording

quote:

TRUMP: Well, with [the Senior Military Official]—uh, let me see that, I’ll show you an example. He said that I wanted to attack [Country A]. Isn’t it amazing? I have a big pile of papers, this thing just came up.
Look. This was him. They presented me this—this
is off the record, but—they presented me this. This
was him. This was the Defense Department and him.

WRITER: Wow.

TRUMP: We looked at some. This was him. This wasn’t done by me, this was him. All sorts of stuff—pages long, look.

STAFFER: Mm.

TRUMP: Wait a minute, let’s see here.

STAFFER: [Laughter] Yeah.

TRUMP: I just found, isn’t that amazing? This totally wins my case, you know.

STAFFER: Mm-hm.

TRUMP: Except it is like, highly confidential.

STAFFER: Yeah. [Laughter]

TRUMP: Secret. This is secret information. Look, look at this.
You attack, and—

TRUMP: By the way. Isn’t that incredible?

STAFFER: Yeah.

TRUMP: I was just thinking, because we were talking about it
And you know, he said, “he wanted to at
[Country A], and what . . .”

STAFFER: You did.

TRUMP: This was done by the military and given to me.
I think we can probably, right?
Uh,

STAFFER: I don’t know, we’ll, we’ll have to see. Yeah, we’ll
have to try to—

TRUMP: Declassify it.

STAFFER: —figure out a—yeah.

TRUMP: See as president I could have declassified it.

STAFFER: Yeah. [Laughter]

TRUMP: Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.

STAFFER: Yeah. [Laughter] Now we have a problem.

TRUMP: Isn’t that interesting?

So he makes the rules about what constitutes declassifying a document? A case could be made that a president taking a classified document declassifies the document because there is no formal process.

The problem there is that everybody would just have to take his word for it. The guy who we're told was just lying about that paper being what he said it was anyway.

Imagine you're given a Presidential Pardon. Wouldn't you want some sort of documentation for that or is a "Trust me bro!" good enough? I'd want the piece of paper to avoid that if it ever came up in the future. An Executive Order on a napkin would've been good enough but apparently that's just asking too much from President Trump. He had tweets to send dammit! Can't be bothered with that little stuff.

This is stupid. If it wasn’t this, it’d be something else. They literally rewrote laws in Manhattan to go after him. WTF is he supposed to do to prevent this? And why is that on him?

Did these witnesses just say it was papers he was holding or did they actually read what was on it? See. I can witness a handful of papers by someone else holding them, but if I did not actually read any of them then what's to say "these were the actual classified documents"? See how it get's twisted?

The tape doesn't exist ... I mean it's the wrong memo.

Signed: Always Trumper

If the prosecution has no documents that was in the room, only audio, how do you have a case of the allegations just made yesterday? Can the people in the room verify what the papers were? Were they able to read any of them?

This comes down to whether or not you (prosecution) have the actual documents that were in the the room and then present them in a court. If not, then you basically have nothing. Because anything as far as the audio that was recorded is nothing. You would have to put both the audio and the documents together to have anything. So far, this is a very weak attempt from the left.

Nothing burger. What specific document was he referring to and can it be definitively traced to a document they found or knew he had and didn't find? It's just him speaking in generalities.

Just a little snippet that I noticed from the indictment document.

Perfectly fine to have documents in a car garage behind your green Corvette though, correct?

It doesn't matter. Trump is charged with possessing the document. They have him on tape claiming that he possesses the document. That's enough for a guilty verdict on possessing the document unless Trump can convince the jury that he was lying.

This isn't hard.

No, it definitely matters.

Because they didn't see the document, there's no proof he even physically possessed it.

Try to keep up.

Yeah besides the defendant saying he has the document, maybe at trial Trump's lawyers will say "Your honor, in my client's defense he was lying"

That's nonsense. If a murder suspect is caught on tape saying he murdered someone is that not evidence?

The question I have, is when he says he has documents, does he say anything about what's in them? Does he mention Iran plans? If not then it is plausible that he was just making a joke. If he did then it's pretty damning, I mean at least from a procedural and legal standpoint.

His lying goes way beyond just this audio tape. What else does he lie about? Half of his "truths" are made up bullshite.

He lied about draining the swamp--he HIRED the swamp. Bolton for frick's sake.

He twists everything and the tards twist themselves into pretzels to explain it.

What's their real message right now? So he lied. Big deal. Biden lies too.

frick that nonsense.
