Considering some of the ideas being tossed around out there by the candidates, I guess it's about right to cue the audience cheers in the same manner as a late night talk show.

Not really surprising since their “town hall” debates have more plants than a florist shop.

Im hoping the people in the audience were paid. Imagine how bad your life must be to willfully choose to be at one of these cheering on that clown car.

Just wait until they leak debate questions to just one candidate.

All of these questions are leaked beforehand. These townhall events are are carefully constructed political theater.

They could be testing the sound equipment for all we know.

CNN has plenty of other evidence of fixing debates. This one seems to be a bit of a stretch.

I suppose one could give CNN the benefit of the doubt, but they have no credibility at this point, so why bother.

There is nothing unusual or untoward about somebody speaking to the audience prior to a live (or taped) telecast.

I just think there's plenty of other solid evidence against them, notably the 2 minute lead in questions they give to frame the softball questions they toss at the people that they like and the sharp, fallacious questions the give to the people the DNC told them to weed out.

People don’t naturally clap and cheer during commercials. That guy is simply telling them that 5 or 10 seconds prior to coming out of a commercial, watch me..... I’m going to ask you to clap, then as we come back on air, watch me, I’m going to do this and we will all go back to silence so the show can start.

They don't naturally go to bernie events either, so they have a free concert so people will show up and then tell us how many people were at bernie's event. Guess that's okay too?

It's hollywood bro, get with the program
