The House also needs the DOJ to provide the juice as a threat to those who don't comply with the House subpoenas. Could be an issue with the GOP in charge. As soon as Trump gets rid of Rod and Jeff.

huh? they have control of judges and can shitcan any legislation sent up from house

It's pretty funny to watch their panel. Senate doesn't mean anything. The house is the most important body in government because they can subpoena trump's tax returns.
