If the heat is real, we will know it if Hillary ramps up for a 2020 run.
Her health was too bad in 2015-16 to handle the campaign grind much less the Presidency. It would be even worse being 4 years older.
If she feels heat she will float that she is running in 2020 so the narrative will be that any potential legal proceedings against the foundation are an attempt to untrack her run.
These people can be predictable.

1. Describe the creation of the clintonemail.com system, including who decided to create the system, the date it was decided to create the system, why it was created, who set it up, and when it became operational.
2. Remember the Hannity scoop on the whistle blower raided? It was a set up, they were busted big time. I doubt we will hear about the whistle blower's home raided again. It was cheese left for the rats within our govt still. The Clinton's are already busted big time.

Does everyone remember the posting in August about the FBI and DOJ seen in in Little Rock loading files in a government plane, and it was speculated they were from the Clinton Foundation office located there?
