That one little downvote on my post is not an argument.
Again, can you name one successful, powerful and wealthy first world country that's run by brown people and blacks?

China, Japan, Spain, South Korea.
Brazil, India, Mexico are all top 15 economies and Turkey is well on it's way as well.

The USSC will strike this down, but damn what a waste of time and resources.
the real problem isnt judges legislating from the bench, the real problem is that when found to be ruling contrary to established law, these judges arent able to be removed for gross negligence and disbarred

China (existential) and radical Islamist countries (short term security) are our biggest threats.
I don't see why we don't open up legal immigration opportunities to our brothers from the south - largely Catholic, family oriented, and hard working. Would be great assets as Americans in our long term fight against growing Chinese global influence and the constant threat from radical Islam.

It's not a fair comparison to include hispanics and asians in this conversation.
There are plenty of examples of successful countries of asians and hispanics.
Name ONE that's ran and controlled by blacks.

Three of those are run by asians and they are not brown or black and Asians are the only race that can compete with Whites for being the most successful race in the world.
And spain is a 2nd world country and moderately developed country and even then, Spain is run by the whitest of the brown folks.

Brazil, India, Mexico
Those are developing countries and nowhere close to first world.
Also, their governments are too are run by the lightest skinned of them all.

Because too many of them are not believers in capitalism and favor large social welfare programs that will bankrupt this country.
And they also are extremely harmful to the American Middle class as big corporations love them as they provide cheap labor.

Asians are self explanatory.
Any hispanic country that's at least moderately successful is and will always be run by the lightest skinned of their people.
Hell, Brazil and Mexico is run by people that could pass for Whites just on a quick glance.

Da fuq?
I don't think birthright citizenship is required by the 14th Amendment, but this statement is dumb for all sorts of reasons.
