This shite is gonna play itself out even in the event Trump loses. He wouldn't have anything holding him back from going after them between November and January.
If this job isn't finished, Trump and his family will be at high risk of being framed up and prosecuted or even worse. All else fails, we are still in a nationwide state of energency over this covid19 thing and Trump is within his rights right now to activate troops and arrest everyone involved. Why do I say that? Because the same people are also involved in this hoax virus biological attack on our country. All Trump would have to do is present proof that the virus was man-made and released intentionally and the military can be brought in to investigate/round up anyone involved.
This stuff will be finished one way or another. All the naysayers around here are going to be served heaps and heaps of crow.

It's 81 days away from the presidential election. Even if he were indicted, he could have fought the charge realizing
1. The trial would be in DC greatly upping the odds of acquittal.
2. A Biden win would have likely ended his legal trouble regardless.
Common sense tells you that a 37 yr old ex high level FBI lawyer would not throw his career away by pleading guilty to a federal felony unless he knew that the case against him and others was airtight. If you don't see that, nothing anyone could write would convince you anyway.
