Such an uninformed statement to think the response is politically motivated. Disaster services are locally led with federal support.
The access issues in Western NC and Easter TN are a major concern similar to how access was a major issue in Puerto Rico following Hurricanes Irma and Maria (Trump was the President for that).

Funny part is the western areas of NC are some of the most democrat areas of the state. Asheville is a liberal Mecca. They deserve to get screwed by Dementia Joe.

Would you guys knock it off with the "mountainous area" excuse.
Its FEMA, they have over 11,000 employees, they are supposed to practice for disaster relief in all areas and terrain. Thats what they do.
