Norm left this world too soon...

The cock bit sort of became Norm's stock-in-trade. There isn't a comedian past or present that could mutter a singular word like Norm and get the responses he did. I believe it was one of Dennis Miller's comedy specials, or maybe his series on HBO, where Norm just dropped the word and would have Dennis lose his shite. Norm also came out in a penis suit and just stood next to Dennis, again, making him lose control. That's apparently a thing among comedians...it's one thing to make the audience laugh, but it's next level to get the comedians going.

This along with ‘Hypocrisy’, ‘Janice’, ‘Philosophy Professor’ and ‘Cancer Battle’ are unrivaled.
Also his podcasts are great rainy day watches.

Norm’s final joke was his masterpiece.

All these months that we have put aside for recognition of certain groups is ridiculous.
Chris Wallce was interviewing Morgan Freeman and mentioned Black History Month. Freeman said it was unnecessary. Freeman then asked Wallace if he felt that Jews needed a special month for recognition, to which Wallace said no. So Freeman asked Wallace why. Wallace said he didn't think it was needed.
If your ego is so fragile that you have to have some national recognition to make yourself feel good you might want to take a good long look at yourself.

Ken Griffey Jr’s reaction was priceless.
His correspondence dinner jokes were pretty good also. (Honorable mention, Hitler jokes)

Norm’s discussion with Miller about Bob Dole’s cock on Viagra was hilarious…

Heard a wonderful story from Dangerfield's wife when Rodney was dying. Sam Kinison (whom Rodney had helped his career) came by to see him and was trying out his new routine on him, had Rodney in stitches. The wife told Sam afterwards she wished more would come by.
Sam said Ive talked with many of them, they feel it would make Rodney uncomfortable seeing him in his physical state. She said quite the contrary, how do you think a comedian would like to go out, laughing of course.
So she said Sam reached out to all the comedians Rodney had helped along the way and the end of his life was filled as a one man audience for some of the top comedians of the day.
For Rodney, a great example of a man "paying forward" in life.
