If California was its own country it would be poor because it would have to pay for its own defense. And with its retarded population it would tax out any business within a year.

Stay away from sharp objects. Either you allow for States Rights and Home Rule or you don't. If I don't want to put my services to work on behalf of the federal government, I don't have to. Neither does the City of Glendale. If the Federal Government wants to house the people, the City of Glendale says fine, but use your own facilities that YOU operate.....don't stuff it off on us, we don't want the headache.
