According to the arrest warrant, surveillance cameras say Chud pulling out his gun escalated it to being violent
Chud was already on probation and had a prior criminal history. Looks like the vet he shot baited hIm into chimping out in front of a court house and witnesses

its now coming out from the arrest info that Chud lied about the encounter, and pulled the gun on the guy first. Cops reviewed all cam footage, its evidently pretty obvious he is the instigator and introduced the violence.

If a twenty-something man is assaulting a 65 year old man, is the 65 year old supposed to just take the arse whipping because using proportional force would be “unfair?” If a trained fighter is assaulting a wimpy guy, does the wimpy guy just need to take the asswhipping? If someone punches me from behind and stuns me to the point that I can barely defend myself, am I supposed to just take the asswhipping?
