Because they are not decent human beings.

Its kind of poetic ChudtheDindu shot himself...

You missed the parts in the thread where it was brought up Chud was walking away and got attacked?

We, as a culture, have given that word too much power and we would objectively be better off if people didn't care so much about it.

It’s truly insane that you disregard the historical significance.

Literally threatening to murder “chimps” online is not free speech.

Was he threatening to murderer blacks, or saying if someone attacked him for what he says he'll kill that person?

Be honest.

So the combination of provoking + disproportionate force is likely going to work against him in a major way.
You didn’t post anything about provoking. What’s the Tenn guy say about that?

Is pulling a gun in response to a shove the same as pulling a gun while being mailed from behind?

Was fear his only motivator? Your post states fear alone can’t be the motivator. But certainly fear alone isn’t the reason he shot. So how does that apply to this guy?

Does the guy need to attack him immediately? If he wasn’t attacked immediately, does it not help his defense at all?

Your post seems sloppy af.

Hell the first two seem to apply more to the black guy. He responded disproportionally and not immediately.

Yes, and no links or objective facts that support it.

Very true.

That said, if those were proven to be true, would it change your mind on if he's guilty?

Apparently.

He literally posted his plan, and that he was going to kill one of them.

This is legitimately false.

Everything about it is false.

My god.

The only way my mind will change is if I find out his claim that his goal was to kill a ch*mp is false.

You folks seem to avoid this like the plague.

Killing is legal in some contexts. Was his comment about one of those said contexts?

Then that would alter a lot of opinions. If he actually told his attacker that he was going to kill him, that changes everything.

However, the thug should have probably called the police, and got it on record.

It'll be interesting to see and hear if these threats are audible on any recordings.

That can’t mean he’s guilty no questions asked, man.

Seriously, get a hold of yourself and stop letting Roger of all people gas you up. Hell it seems like he’s on a little crusade here.

Hard to establish the facts by just reading through this thread as it seems there are still some important questions left to settle. Maybe they are settled and I'm just behind.

All I'll comment at this time is that Chud is a jackass who put himself in a position where something like this was bound to happen.

Planning on killing a "ch*mp" and posting it online, this is what youre defending.

This board will not like the result if they use this guy as their next martyr to defend to the death. It’s truly insane.

I could see rittenhouse and love how that was resolved but this one isn’t defensible.

No it wouldnt.

Because it actually did happen, and you folks still defend this pud.

One of the interesting things that has come out, people dug into the fricker and found out he's really gay. Might explain a few things.
