Chipotle Manager Rehired after Being Fired for Racism

Minnesota. A Chipotle Manager was fired after refusing to serve several dudes who had a habit of "dining and dashing." The dudes were Somalis (though I don't think first generation). She asked to see money before she would take their order. The Somalis filmed it and then posted to social media claiming racism.
Chipotle HQ saw the video and fired the manager. There was one problem, though. She was right - these dudes dined and dashed often and made social media posts bragging about it. After Chipotle saw the social media posts, they admitted they made a mistake and are now rehiring her (after sending her through a new training course). These dudes had made post after post detailing all the times they had dined then left without paying. Not just at Chipotle, but Applebee's and other restaurants.
I wonder if this manager has a potential lawsuit? If I were her, I'd lawyer the frick up with the scummiest litigation attorney I could find and sue. They publically accused her of racism. What's worse is it is now coming out Chipotle knew about these guys social media posts and fired her anyway.
