This kind of crap happens in a lot of areas of promotion where merit is secondary to ancestor, politics or sexual orientation. It is corruption at a base level.

This cannot be repeated enough. Take a look at what has happened to the demographics of Frisco, TX over the last 10 years. It is unreal what is going on & what has been allowed to happen with the H1B program.
