why cant africans learn from their former colonizers like the blacks in the caribbean did? some carribean countries have a very high quality of life....all you got to do is just copy what they're doing

How is the Bahamas a shithole country when it has the 3rd highest gdp in the americas after us and Canada?
They do better than several European countries.
