White conservatives sure get offended and scared when they perceive white people are going to be replaced. Meh.

The left has literally stated that is their objective.

Furthermore it should be everyone’s concern considering all countries that are predominantly not white are shitholes.

I don’t care so much. But Hollywood in general should make more films about historical black figures and cast a black person in it.

Now as far a representation. Blacks have had it, it’s not the 1960s. We’ve all seen family matters, fresh prince etc..

That's different. It's not racist when the Chinese do it.

Or something like that

If China whitewashed Lebron, would Lebron still be a fan of the ChiComs?

Good for them.

This woke BS and catering to the 11%'ers in the population are a large part of the pussification of America.

Exactly, or West African mythological figures like Anansi and Papa Legba. They can make interesting movies out of that.

Hollywood should stop replacing white characters with black ones. Not only are they creating backlash towards blacks, but they are basically saying that our culture doesn't have any interesting stories to tell. They're doing this on purpose and it's pissing me off.

Or just use them in roles that aren't already defined. It's been a long time since I read Without Remorse but his description, while white, wasn't a big part of the story and John Clark has been a minor character at best in movies. I don't recall a big uproar about Michael Johnson being chosen for that role. Now it was a complete abortion of a movie but that was on the writers, not the fact that a black guy played the main character. Luther was an outstanding vehicle for Idris Elba and he didn't play a "black cop", he played a cop who happened to be black. Just cast people as characters, not characters defined by their skin tone.

Exactly. No one cares that original and well-written characters are black.
