Is this really a change for employed people? The credit has been refundable since 2017 and you can always adjust your withholding to get more money now.

This is just an advance on a tax credit I believe. I’d rather have the option to turn it down.

frick child tax credits. You CHOSE to breed, not our fault, and we shouldn't be paying extra because of it.
You fricks cried about the stimmy checks, but give no fricks about your socialist tax credits. Paying you to have children.

Would depend on if you have an immediate need for the money or prefer getting it in one lump sum

A tax credit is me keeping money that I worked for. Stimmy checks is the government taking money from me to pay lazy fricks like you not to work.
