Why are you so fundamentlally dishonest? Obama not Trump took authority from Congress (Trump gave it back to them) Obama, not Trump told the courts to go frick themselves when they ruled against him.

Because that’s pertinent to discussing why Roberts responded when Trump attacked a member of the judiciary.

Where did I say ANYTHING for OR against Obama.

Guess what, just! I did not say anything i also did not mention Washington, Lincoln, McKinley or Hoover. Why not? Becausevthe damned thread is ABOUT Trump and Roberts. fricking mental midget.

Are you such a blind partisan that you see things which do not in fact exist? (that was rhetorical, as we all know the answer)

That's the fricking point retard. You are CONSTANTLY on here bitching about Trump for things that you never said a word about Obama doing.

What a bizarre stretch to accuse the person of asking about YOUR partisanship of being partisan LOL I have a CLEAR record of criticizing Trump on a variety of fronts. You have a clear record of never saying shite about any Democrat about ANYTHING. Easy to tell which of us in the partisan.

Considering what he just witnessed his newest colleague on the court endure in the name of politics, his comments are pretty obtuse.

You fricking idiot, I criticize Obama on a regular basis… in the threats are ABOUT Obama. UNlike you, however, I do not make a point of using him to justify every single Trump idiocy

Get back to me when he takes hard action against "member of the judiciary" because until then, these "attacks" we're talking about is just white noise that predictably, yellow bellied fools like Roberts trips on his dick to refute.

John Roberts has no business on the supreme court because he cares too much about protecting the court's "image" and "prestige" instead of actually ruling on what he knows is the correct decision according to the law. And the biggest example of that is when he chose to save ObamaCare and basically twisted his logic into pretzels to justify it in a conservative box.

His job is to rule according to the constitution, not to cave into media pressure.

John Roberts has forgotten more about the Constitution, rule of law, and role of the judiciary in our constitutional system than you could ever hope to learn and regurgitate from your right-wing echo chamber blogs.

I understand you right-wing zealots are not used to supporting statesmen with principles, the integrity to abide by those principles, and class and dignity to do so in the face of public pressure, especially here recently, but this is what it looks like. But I also understand why it seems foreign to your sycophantic shell of your former self.

I'm sure you relentlessly patted yourself on the back spewing this bloviation of platitudes, but given we have the slag rbg asleep in her chamber (when she isn't in the hospital) because of her brazen partisanship makes Roberts (and you be extension) look like fools who want to deny reality in favor of some principal the court hasn't embraced in hundreds of years or more likely ever.

It's honestly kind of embarrassing for you and for justice roberts as the op is illustrating.

What legal mechanism can John Roberts use to force RBG off the Court?

Do we also want to talk about the last few years of Renhquist’s career?

None.

But he doesn't have to lie and deny the partisanship of the court.

That doesn't serve the Court or the American people.

It just makes justice Roberts look stupid or dishonest.
