If we nakedly politicize the Court and it becomes accepted for judges to disregard the law and vote the way their politician nominators prefer, don’t be surprised to wake up one day to an unabashedly liberal, SJW Court literally making it up as we go.

Roberts’ Obamacare decision was vindicated by (and in some ways lead to) the Republican takeover in 2016. The mandate was gutted legislatively, just as it was enacted.
