blend
The operative word. Any refinery producing usable gasoline has a naphtha reformer at a minimum. Its product is reformate which was high octane gasoline for WWII airplanes.
Everything at the pump is a blend of things like reformate, alkylate, isomerate, etc... Old fashioned straight run "gasoline" had tetraethyl lead added so it wouldn't knock. Everything used to day has to be higher "octane" so not to knock. In winter, N butane is also added to the blend.
