Chevron is letting customers know in California that it’s not Donald Trump causing the insane gas prices in the state, it’s California Democrats
Chevron just added these new signs to their pumps educating customers, “Sacramento policies did this. Now you pay more”
“California politicians are choosing foreign oil and fuels over local jobs and lower costs”
This is what we need. Huge companies willing to educate the public and tell the truth
It’s Gavin Newsom and Democrat policies causing $6.30+ average cost per gallon in California

I mean, that should be obvious if the rest of the country isn't that expensive.

What's pretty funny to watch is the global warming hysterics crowd being pissed at higher fuel prices.
Leftists are a bottomless pit of retardation.

They specifically wrote their laws to require boutique blends of gas which preclude being able to get relatively inexpensive domestically-produced options.

a major corporation would never tell it's customers a lie would they........
I am not talking about his issue specifically, but just corporations in general. Spinning facts, making up facts, straight up lying are things they do on the regular.

You painted a NOFX logo onto your black leather jacket with Liquid Paper, didn't you?

Require the most expensive gasoline to refine in the world, then restrict your ability to refine that gasoline locally.
You end up with the highest gas prices in a gasoline rich nation.

And the state regulated refineries run by Chevron, Valero, etc. out of business. By reducing the choices of suppliers, they have greatly increased the likelihood of supply chain issues.

Whole lot of features. Very few bugs.

About as quick and as often as government does to its consumers.
Corporations however cannot force me to buy their product...unless of course they are the insurance industry.

Those signs have been around for at least a month. They make me smile. The leftists that run Sacramento need to be called out at every opportunity and gas stations are a good place to do it. If, this is a big if, but if the Right and Independents can rally together we have a decent chance to beat the Dems out here. I’m hopeful as always but it’s a massive challenge for us to take them down. Pray for us. The last thing the Dems can afford is to lose Cali. It would be like us losing Texas.

Tell us what the lie is And please don’t say Trump

Taxes and regulations are the downfall of California. Ironically, these are two things that President Trump is trying to lower, which would help the American populous. Democratic politicians have no solutions only Orange man bad.

Look I made a point to say that I wasn't talking about this specific case. I was just making a broader point that Corporations constantly lie, spins truths/facts to make themselves look like they are "for the people". Politicians do it too. Settle down.

Why can’t you just say out loud that “democrats are the reason gas prices in California are so high?” - it’s like you have a spell cast on you, and you’re incapable of doing it. You want to say it, I think, but something is preventing you… what could it be?
Then extrapolate that truth to everything else

This is not new but since the late 1980s that CA has been at war with refineries.

They were telling us decades ago as we watched The Price Is Right and Wheel of Fortune. Among the features of the cars they were giving as prizes,
"... with California emissions!" was always in the perks.
