The melt on this board when Trump goes to prison is gonna be epic. I'm buying bulk popcorn to prepare.
What, specifically, will he be going to prison for. Which criminal statute do you think will stick?
Also, if he goes to prison it guarantees his election. We will be the ones with the popcorn watching the meltdown in November 2024.

If he goes to prison in Georgia then he won't get out to get sworn in. Who his VP is will be big in seeing if he is elected.

Far greater odds he ends up in the White House, and frankly at that point Jack Smith had better find a rock somewhere to hide under.
Tis' the season for political "payback"

Umm if they don't let him out of state jail to be president I think we're gonna have more problems than who the VP pick will be

Read the transcript of the call. He isn’t going to jail for anything said on that call. So what, specifically, do you think he will be jailed for?

Seeing Trump pose the peace sign while kneeling next to an abundance of commissary would be one of the saddest images this country has ever produced.

You need to pay and attention and focus
You're not good at it

I’m buying popcorn stock because sales will be blowing up!

We ALL (that includes you) KNOW the election was stolen by states illegally changing their voting laws to facilitate voter fraud by harvesting and printing ballots.
This is an undeniable FACT - there is no question as to the verity of that statement.
HOWEVER - the biggest element of the STEAL was the PROPAGANDA cabal of Federa/DNC/Journalist/Social Media/University/Entertainment moguls who CENSORed the information available to the public for the prior 5 years.
The actual TRUTH of the status of all political issues was not only CENSORED from public availability, but the INVERSE of that truth WAS spread into the public airways.
Had the actual TRUTH been known by more people, J6 would have occurred on the days after the election "results" were delivered to an unbelieving public. The outrage would have been UNIVERSAL.
As it was, there were too few who had enough information to take any action at all. I learn things daily that I did not know on Election Day.
We have actually witnessed the greatest FRAUD in world history - and are in the process of watching the greatest CRIME in all of history uhfolding in front of our eyes.

He may have said it. He didn’t admit it. To admit it would mean he knew it to be true but denied it, previously.
No, he admitted it. It was part of his guilty plea. And it can be used against him in other legal proceedings.

As I posted in the Sidney Powell thread, Cheseboro admitted in open court today that Trump lost the 2020 election, and that he illegally conspired with Trump and other named co-defendants to overturn that result.
Means nothing…first he is trying to save his own arse and second, trying to overturn an election you feel you were cheated out of is neither illegal nor wrong. It’s called looking out for your voters. What is wrong is politically weaponized prosecutorial misconduct.
Edit: I think what I was saying here was misunderstood. The wording is a bit tricky but what I am saying in other words is that contesting an election legally is protecting your voters, especially if you feel you have it on good authority that fraud happened.

Non responsive. Likely because you have zero clue. You just want to get him so badly. You’re probably not the right person to tell anyone to pay attention and focus.
Prove me wrong and show me you aren’t a completely ignorant moron. Which statute, specifically, will Trump be convicted of violating? And what actions did he take, specifically, that meet the elements of that specific statute.
I’m confident you won’t respond with that information. Because you’re a completely ignorant moron that disgustingly supports weaponizing government against political opponents.
I’ve asked several of the far left wackos in this thread for specifics and not a single one can give an answer. People that support political persecution are pathetic and disgusting.

That’s some fascist Venezuelan shite there.
As is obvious here, no one opposed to Trump cares.
That is our new paradigm.
By any means necessary.
If it takes creating a J6 incident with 1500 bullshite prosecutions, so be it. If it takes politically weaponizing the DOJ, so be it. If that fails, and it takes an Oswald incident, so be it.
How can a democracy exist under those circumstances you ask?
It can't.

First, it means something, as it is a sworn admission made in court. It can be used against him in other legal proceedings. If he shows up in the DC case and tries to say something different, he testimony will be worthless and he might wind up in jail somewhere.
Second, trying to overturn an election through illegal means is, by definition, illegal. It doesn't really matter if you thought you were cheated.

He got probation. He can only speak to his intent and minder. He cannot testify to anyone else’s mindset and intent. This is a huge nothingburger. He avoided cost of litigation and the Georgia corrupt SA and the media got the talking points they wanted the useful idiots to run with.
Have you read the entire transcript of Trumps phone call to the SOS?
