Melungeons too. They always claimed to be Indian (or even Portuguese or Turkish), but DNA has since proved they were free blacks who married whites here and there. DNA studies have found very little if any Indian DNA.

7% of Cherokee had slaves?

Heck that is more than white southerners at the start of the civil war.. only 5%

This is all an elaborate attempt to show that slaves built the Indian Mounds and finally get rid of them.
