Yes, it is an issue when a candidate is asked if he supports a ban on abortion even in the case of saving the mother's life and he says yes.

Ok. You win. How many major candidates have said that? Related (not directly your point): what % of abortions involve choosing between life of mother and child?

Generally:
I’m unaware of any law anywhere that requires one to lay down his or her life for another.

I could see SCOTUS walking state determination back if states allow elective abortion post-viability. But shy of that, the 14th is deemed moot by this court.

Describe it any way you like. The point stands.

I can't stand by while the government legalizes the murder of innocent unborn babies.

If you actually believed this, you'd be doing more than whining about it on a college football forum and voting for people who do nothing to stop it.

I don't think "the Democrats do it" is a compelling argument.

And a week before that it was a Constitutionally protected right. This is the dumbest argument based on wanting to kick the football out of laziness, which is how we got sixty years of abortion and millions dead and complete devaluation of humanity.

No, it doesn't.

You have to admit that you're a big government RINO to have a point here.

Go for it.

It is the correct constitutional interpretation. Clearly. Nothing lazy about it.

Abortion, for a matter of convenience, is murder.
"Thou shall not murder".

As a medical necessity only.

Yes. People I am close with who had miscarriages early in pregnancy did have informal burials and/or religious services. Our community came together around them to help them mourn their loss.
Good. I respect the consistency. Suffice it to say the position of your community is exceedingly rare.

Explain why it's murder in one instance, but not the other.

It is at least debatable, but tragic, when the mother will die if the if pregnancy will kill her. Odds are that the baby would die too, unless it was old enough to be viable.

That doesn't explain why one is murder, but the other isn't.

This is a complex and multilayered debate, therefore wide open abortion.

I miss the days when we only had to hear these sort of inane, shallow arguments from radical far left democrats.

This one point is extremely simple. You should be able to explain it easily. I suspect you know why you shouldn't.

So do I, which is why I'm challenging this inane and shallow argument.
