antifa is desperate to gain a foothold in the South. Nashville is probably as good a chance as any. It wouldn’t surprise me if the current crop of woke so called country singers supported this filth.

Go anywhere near Vanderbilt, and the streets are filled with these types. A couple of years back I took my son to see the Parthenon, and it felt like I'd entered Seattle.

The colleges really have become a cancer that has metastasized and spread.

There was a strong police presence last night with barricades blocking most of the area. There were at most maybe 50 protesters at any one time and at times there were more media there than protesters.

Proud of Gov. Lee. He preemptively shut this garbage down before it started.

I've got to take a family member to Vanderbilt Cancer Center. Do I have to drive through or close to these demonstrators and idiots? Never been to Nashville before so I'm not familiar at all with that area.

The protesters set up at least one tent and some stayed all night so technically they’re probably claiming they established an autonomous zone.

There are no wrong cities
I would love to see them try it in Montana or Idaho. But to your point, there are no "major" cities there. The two biggest cities are Billings (110K) and Boise (225K).

Every Mayor of a city that allows this take over of state property the governor needs to step in, and take it back with the national guard...

if the governor refuses to then any portion of state property these mayors and governors allowed an organization to seize and proclaim their own sovereignty, Trump needs to declare that real estate federal land and send the military in the take it back over...and arrest all participants for treason...

And the Mayor takes the opportunity to advice protesters to adhere to social distancing guidelines. What a putz.
