But they paved over the scene 4 days after...reeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Candace and all you conspiracy theorists looking like fools again. The scene was scanned and released back to the university because they have 660GB of data

Been trying to tell you guys that think Da Joos and some Egyptian spy plane were involved that you all have no idea what all the evidence is and won't until the trial.

quote:

A Tyler Robinson defense filing reveals that law enforcement digitally preserved the UVU crime scene with 660 GB of raw FARO 3D laser-scan data.

The scans create a detailed, measurable 3D model that investigators can use to calculate the distance, elevation, sightline, and bullet trajectory from the roof to Charlie.

The defense has also received more than 15 TB of discovery, including 1M+ Discord messages, 25,253 AT&T and Verizon cell site location records, Apple and Google data, and forensic extractions from 6 mobile devices and 14 computer drives.

The overwhelming majority of that data was delivered by March.

I think Robinson is guilty, but this does nothing to dispel the "exploding mic" theory.

Those people argue that the soil itself should have been tested/sifted for explosive residue and/or shards of the exploded mic.

Looking at X, here's the retort from the CT people:

Yeah, they’ll just say it’s an AI fake or something. I was mildly interested when some redneck gun bros like Valhalla VFT were saying the bullet would have ripped him apart. But, I know nothing about all that and I thought the info that came out about the ballistics put that to rest.

Yeah, but if they're going to alter the digital evidence they could just as easily alter the physical evidence. A "CT'er" would be better served to pick apart the laser scans on the limitations of the technology, such as it's inability to detect small things buried in grass. Laser scans are great, but they still need line of sight.

Yea I started to say that would be where they go next.

The good thing for them, having various CTs that aren't anchored by any facts or timeline, is that they can shift the CT to counter any actual evidence

I don't believe the theory.

Those that do think that also believe that Charlie's team was part of the conspiracy. So, they think that those people got rid of what was left of it.

I haven't followed it that closely (IF Robinson didn't do it, his defense team would have put on SOMETHING...alibi?...at preliminary hearing). I'm just saying this won't satisfy the Candace CT crowd.

This is a massive data discrepancy just based off raw numbers. Also terrifying there’s over 1mil+ discord messages involved. And 14 drives? What kind of drives? Cadence Owens is one crazy nagger but a technically inclined person should and will have many questions about all this, and while the 660gb of data is a lot, it is a small margin if they are claiming they have 15tb.

Free Lindsay too!! She has technical data in her defense argument but she’s already guilty in this court of opinion

Agreed. FWIW, I don't think the people who matter---Robinson's defense team---think there's any evidence to support any of the CTs. There defense seems to be mostly to avoid the death penalty by undercutting aggravating factors.

Correct. This won't do anything to dispel anyone's skepticism over the whole area being being paved over. The laser scanners are pretty incredible. They can image graffiti on walls because their accuracy is insane, but again, they still need line of sight. If something is buried in the grass and invisible to the laser, it's not going to show on the scans.

There are an inordinate amount of conspiracy theory lurkers on this board. Occasionally a conspiracy theorist pep rally will break out on this board. They don't post often, but when they do the posts are some real humdingers!

Translates to:

"There are an inordinate number of people who have an obviously well-earned inherent distrust of this corrupt government and I don't like it. That's why I act like it's my literal job to try to convince everyone else not to listen to anything they say because they're crazy."

I watched one of his videos. I wasn't persuaded because he didn't account for all variables.

The exploding microphone theory would have come out already if it was anything close to reality.

No wonder Tucker is crying muh Iran. The crackpot theories have all dissipated into nonsense with all the evidence.
