I guarantee he’s a patsy. There are others involved. A young man interviewed said it was too perfect that shortly after the incident this guy is taken into custody and talking about his rights. He said that a Fireman on site told him they’re still looking for the shooter. That old man is not him.

I don't think his statement is unstable. If their belief system is that political disagreement and words are indistinguishable from physical violence, how do we coexist with that? There's simply no way we can ever live in a society together with people who believe that political debate is identical to violence, and react accordingly based on that belief.
