College football players have been speaking out and exercising their power of late. Mississippi State running back Kylin Hill is the latest to do so.
Lol. He is going to realize that RBs are easily replaceable, especially in the Leach offense.

What school can he transfer to? Pretty much everywhere you turn was against desegregation.
Maybe Grambling?

What school can he transfer to?

Previous transfer free-for-alls were ones where a program had been subject to the death penalty or some other major multi-year probation.
Opening up the floodgates on all schools in a state over political reasons is a good way to start getting politicians and judges in your business.
NCAA can do with they want with their rule book and I'm not sure how closely you've followed such things but they are the most arbitrary organization I've ever seen. Anyway, it's not like they have a good argument for why any transfer would need to sit out a year for any reason anyway.
